AI không có methodology

Claude là 1 model thông minh. Nhưng nó không tự enforce TDD, không tự áp dụng Five-Axis Review, không tự check 13 nguyên tắc security. Mỗi prompt = 1 quyết định riêng lẻ — không consistency.

AI không chịu trách nhiệm

Khi production lỗi lúc 3 giờ sáng, AI không nhận trách nhiệm. Khi data leak, AI không refund. Vietcodex có hợp đồng pháp nhân, 30 ngày bảo hành, SLA cụ thể.

Day 1-4

Discovery call → PRD → wireframe → API contract → sign-off

  • →Day 1: Discovery call 30 phút — bạn kể ý tưởng, chúng tôi đề xuất MVP scope + báo giá cố định.
  • →Day 2-3: Decompose ý tưởng thành user stories. Prioritization matrix. Database schema draft.
  • →Day 4: Wireframe (v0 + Figma). API contract. ERD final. Sign-off gate — bạn duyệt PRD trước khi sang Phase 2.

  • →Day 28: Handover meeting 1 giờ recorded. Remove team Vietcodex khỏi GitHub Org. Transfer Vercel/Supabase/Stripe ownership. Ký final handover document.
